NotesStudy of fish processing of whiting on the West Coast. Indicates possible mixes of products to reduce economic risk for seafood processors, and the order in which products should be processed to maximize profits. Interesingly, putting whiting processing off until the end of the fishing season maximized profits. Newport is the most important port in Oregon for this fishery. Masters thesis.
