NotesThis doctoral dissertation showed that the range of the myxosporidian parasite Myxobolus insidiosus had extended to the Yaquina River (coho salmon and rainbow trout) and Coos/Millicoma River systems (rainbow trout). Intermediate hosts and conditions for contracting infections of the parasite were noted. Major professor was John L. Fryer.
