NotesThis 1965 hearing was called to learn local residents' desires for the improvement of the Yaquina River and its tributaries. There is a good review of work done on the river in the 1930s and 1940s. Concerns from this meeting included dredging/channel maintenance for navigation, flood control, sedimentation and logjams and debris in streams. Includes oral testimony, written exhibits and statements and a list of participants.
