Notes | In light of potential budget cuts at the Army Corps of Engineers, the Oregon Ports Division commissioned this study to get the most out of available funding for harbor maintenance through dredging. Among the consultants' recommendations were to combine all Oregon port maintenance, and to reduce expenditures by reducing dredging targets for some harbors. Includes data on expenditures, summary of dredging by port for 1983-1988, and information on Coast Guard stations. |
